Thanks to the generosity of our volunteers and supporters, Cancer Research UK funds over 4,000 scientists, doctors and nurses across the UK. If you’re looking to get involved with something different and make a difference then the Kendal Fundraising Group could be for you.  Together we will beat cancer.

What will you be doing?

• Working in partnership with the Chair and Treasurer to identify new ideas and opportunities to maximise local fundraising efforts

• Work together with all members to help plan and coordinate group fundraising activities.

• Attending a monthly meeting, taking notes and action points
• Maintaining Group data
• Represent Cancer Research UK and the Kendal group in the local community.
• Support the group to adhere to Cancer Research UK legal and health and safety guidelines (everybody’s responsibility)
• Keep up to date with and share the latest news and activities from Cancer Research UK
