We have very good health and safety procedures, and wish this to continue with the help of a new Volunteer who may also wish to become a Trustee.  We need a competent person ideally qualified in health and safety to enable us to continue to have:-
Health and safety checks which are accurate, up to date, and provide clear and accurate records for the following:-
* Weekly testing of fire alarms, smoke detectors and electromagnetic door and shutter
* Weekly running of water for three minutes at all water outlets
* Weekly visit to identify and risks, damaged equipment e.g. emergency lighting or security issues
* Monthly water temperature checks throughout the building
* Monthly first aid boxes check
* Monthly emergency lighting checks
+ Conduct six monthly fire drills, and annual fire training for all our Volunteers
* Arranging annual testing for fire extinguishers, PAT Testing, Fire Alarms, Emergency lighting, Asbestos, Electrical systems.
* Complete annually, and update when required our Fire Risk Assessment and General Risk Assessment
* Reporting to the Hall Manager/Management Committee
