Digital / Social Media Voluntary Role
Role Purpose: To provide effective customer service via digital media by handling customer interactions via Twitter/Facebook/email.
Tasks associated with the Role:
• To respond to customers electronically
• Handle customer queries
• Send application forms and respond to basic queries
• To promote CNCU digitally
It is possible to undertake this role remotely, but when in the office there are opportunities to undertake general admin roles to support the staff (which include scanning documents, answering the telephone to customers enquiring about account balances etc)
