Corporate Partnerships Volunteer
This is an ideal opportunity for someone wishing to gain valuable experience in a dynamic national charity, supporting the work of our successful New Corporate Partnerships Unit. You will gain a wide range of experience across account new partnerships, focusing on a variety of tasks with current and prospective partners.
You will gain experience in company research, growing our pipeline of prospects and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
You will provide account management support for a number of our Charity of the Year partnerships including ODEON Cinemas and Societe Generale, helping to manage fundraising materials, support events, source auction/raffle prizes, and plan fundraising activities.
Mind aims to ensure that the needs and interest of mental health services users, men, women, Black and Minority Ethnic communities, disabled people, lesbians, gay men and bisexuals and people of all ages are reflected in all its activities. The Volunteer is expected to contribute to this aim.
We welcome interest from those individuals who have direct or indirect experience of a mental health problem, who will gain support and understanding, with the opportunity to build confidence, skills and experience from Mind.
The role is flexible and we are looking for someone who can volunteer from our London office, ideally for up to 2-3 days per week. Although the post is unpaid, we can offer reimbursement of reasonable travel up to £15.00 per day and lunch expenses up to £5 per day.
