We’re looking for Community Managers to grow and engage the We Make Change community. The goal is to ensure that anyone who wants to be involved in a cause they care about can be, and that they have the best possible experience whilst doing so. To achieve this, the Community Managers will work together on the tasks listed below. In addition to this, we want the Community Managers to be innovative and work together to develop other great ways to make the community the best it can be! 


- Grow and engage the Changemaker Community 
- Identify potential Project Managers 
- Encourage involvement in existing and new projects
- Act as interim Project Manager for new projects 
- Monitoring and reporting on feedback and online reviews 
- Work with the marketing team to generate ideas for campaigns and content 
- Relaying feedback & insights gained from community conversations 
- Identifying potential new partners 


- Positive attitude & a people person!  
- Excellent writing and communication skills 
- Knowledge of online marketing and good understanding of major marketing channels 
- Detail orientated with good multitasking and organisational ability 
- Fluency in English
