Poplar HARCA is an award winning Housing and Regeneration Community Association in East London. Poplar HARCA is committed to involving local people in our Board & Committees.

We are always interested in hearing from people who live and/or work in the Borough of Tower Hamlets, with a commitment to empowerment and who have the right skills and interests to drive our vision.

Successful candidates will help us to create opportunities for people living in Poplar and in return, you'll benefit from personal and professional development opportunities.


Audit and Risk committee

The Audit and Risk Committee monitors and advises on the organisation's external audit and internal audit functions, financial control systems and procedures and all aspects of risk-mitigation.

We are particularly interested in applications from people with health and safety knowledge who live or work in Tower Hamlets.

Role description

Time commitment

4 meetings a year

6.30pm – 8.30pm

Location: St Paul’s Way Centre, 83 St Paul’s Way, London E3 4AJ.
Approximately 2 hours reading and preparation is required for each meeting.
