IFAW UK Social Media Volunteer.
We’re looking for someone digital-savvy and passionate about protecting animals to volunteer in IFAW’s London office.
What will you be doing?
Tasks will include helping to manage and engage IFAW’s online communities, creating interesting, and shareable content for social media channels, and undertaking research into new opportunities to engage supporters online. You’ll also have the opportunity to learn about all aspects of a busy charity campaigns and communications department, and get involved in exciting projects such as the ongoing campaign to end the ivory trade.
You should be familiar with key social media platforms, a confident written communicator, and ideally have some knowledge of image editing and using tools such as Adobe Photoshop and Canva to create simple graphics and video. We’re looking for someone who has two days a week free to volunteer during office hours, for a period of 6-8 weeks.
This is a voluntary position, but out of pocket expenses will be covered (daily limits apply).
