RNIB Information and Feedback Volunteer - London
Can you build a rapport with people over the telephone and put them at ease? As an 'Information and Feedback' volunteer, you will be telephoning people that have previously received assistance from one of our information and advice teams. By providing a high standard of customer care, you will help to improve the delivery of our services to blind and partially sighted people.
What Will You Be Doing?
Respond to questions and concerns; Using IT equipment and systems
Refer the customer back to the relevant RNIB service if he or she has an identified need.
When will you be needed?
4 hours per week, flexible.
Location: RNIB, 105 Judd Street, London, WC1H 9NE.
