Talk and Support offer a range of telephone groups so that people with sight loss can meet, share information and enjoy each other’s company.
In this role you will be speaking with group participants to help us make sure that their experience in the groups is positive. You will carry out evaluations with current and recently finished group participants. Answering and making telephone calls; Maintain records and computer files; Create documents and input data. Telephoning Talk and Support group participants to complete a survey with them about how the service has benefited them. Contacting prospective group participants to help identify the most appropriate group for them. Accurately recording the conversations
