Would you like to volunteer for a charity that makes a huge difference to people’s lives across Warwickshire? Are you interested in preparing talks, speaking to local community groups and helping to raise awareness of Safeline’s work? If so, we’d love to hear from you!

Safeline is a Warwickshire based charity which provides counselling, support groups, art therapy and helplines for people who have been affected by sexual abuse and rape. We also support those who wish to report abuse to the police, work with young vulnerable people and schools in prevention programmes, and provide specialist training.

We know there is a huge demand for our services, and we want to make sure people who need our support know we’re here for them. It’s vital that we continue to help people affected by sexual abuse and rape, so we need your help to raise awareness of Safeline in local communities and raise more funding so we can continue to provide our services. We’re looking for passionate and enthusiastic volunteers to be Safeline ‘Ambassadors’, who will be comfortable preparing talks and speaking in public, answering questions related to our work and representing Safeline as a charity.

As a valued Safeline Volunteer, you will have the chance to develop skills and experiences, receive training and reasonable travel expenses and be warmly welcomed and supported by the whole charity.

If you think this is the role for you, please email and we’ll send you a volunteer role pack. For an informal chat to discuss the role, please call 01926 402498 and ask for a member of the fundraising team.
