Deliver our fun and engaging 'Aspiration and Character Education' programme in secondary schools across London.

The programme aims to help disadvantaged school children to fulfil their potential and raise their aspirations by equipping them with key life skills, developing character, self-confidence, and improving soft skills, whilst enhancing their understanding of the world of work and increasing their life chances.

Our volunteers gain a huge sense of satisfaction as they can see the direct positive impact they have on London's disadvantaged young people.

You will receive full training and support, as well as the chance to shadow our staff in schools before you begin delivering yourself. Training will be one day per week for the first several weeks in order to be trained on our full package. Future Skills Coaches may start delivering after the first few weeks of training.
