The Neuromuscular Centre is running a charity cake stall at the Nantwich Food Festival on Friday 1st and Saturday 2nd September. This is to raise vital funds to support people who have muscular dystrophy, a severe and debilitating muscle wasting condition. Last year's stall raised £600 and we're hoping for a similar success this year. We would not be able to do this without the support of enthusiastic volunteers. The role includes:
- cash handling
- boxing/bagging cakes (food handling)
- selling cakes to the public
- promoting the stall
- customer service. We will provide you with full briefing before taking on this role, to make sure you are completely comfortable with the requirements. Nantwich Food Festival is a well-attended community event in the area and we are honoured to be involved.
We can also provide you with a CV reference if required and it's a great opportunity for the right person to gain valuable face to face customer service experience.
