We are looking for Volunteer Fundraising Group Leaders  to help us raise money for the society by planning fundraising and awareness raising events.  This is a flexible role that involves leading a group of local volunteers to plan events in your area; these can be arranged around your own schedule and availability. Tasks vary but could include recruiting group members, planning and chairing meetings, organising and promoting fundraising events, being the point of contact for the group, ensuring income is banked correctly and income and expenditure are recorded.

The money raised from your group will help make sure we can be there for everyone affected by dementia. Together we will make sure everyone who needs support gets it, while we work towards a cure.

This is an enjoyable and rewarding role which will suit you if you are friendly, enthusiastic and passionate about uniting against dementia. If you enjoy fundraising and being part of a team and are looking for a new challenge this could be the perfect role for you. In addition the role will provide you with the opportunity to meet new people and learn more about the work we do. You will be able to take part in a range of training, develop new skills and develop events fundraising and leadership experience.
