Cats Protection helps thousands of cats across the UK each year thanks to our network of dedicated volunteers. This role works with others to facilitate the smooth running of our volunteer branches, groups and adoption centres. By providing valued administrative support your skills, time and enthusiasm will help others to directly help cats in need in your community.

What the role involves:

  • Ensuring that all information is recorded and accessible
  • Responding to enquiries from members of the group and the general public
  • Distributing leaflets
  • Filing
  • Sending information to supporters, other volunteers and NCC

Skills and experience which are expected and/or can be developed in this role:

  • Good administrative and organisational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Previous experience in office administration would be an advantage

Time expectation:

This is a flexible role with time commitment of 2-3 hours per week not unusual. This role can be shared with other volunteers.
