What the role involves:

  • Being the point of contact to home visitors within your volunteer group
  • Advising and answering questions from home visitors on suitable matches based on information obtained from prospective owners and the nature of cats in care
  • Working closely with the welfare team to ensure that cats in care are appropriately matched with new homes in an effective and efficient manner and in accordance to Cats Protection’s policies and procedures
  • Responding to rehoming enquiries from the general public
