About the opportunity

Working alongside the physiotherapist to assist our residents with exercise, relaxation therapy and general fitness and movement.
This will include, using a hoist, re-positioning in wheelchairs, using heat packs, transferring onto standing/toning tables and assisting with walking.
No experience of working with people with disabilities is necessary, preference will be given to applicants qualified or studying physiotherapy or sports science.
Full training will be given.

What are they looking for? Willingness to learn and undertake training
Good time keeping
Friendly "can do" attitude
Able to be a regular volunteer (preferred but not necessary)
