RNIB Customer Feedback Volunteer - Rights, Advice and Information - Wrexham
Do you have excellent communication skills? Can you build a rapport with people and put them at ease? We are looking for volunteers to contact customers who have received services from our Rights, Advice and Information Service team.
What Will You Be Doing?
Answering and making telephone calls; Maintain records and computer files; Create documents and input data
Contacting customers who have received support from us.
Gathering Information on the quality of service received.
Providing further information which may be of benefit to our customers and refer on to other services where needed.
When will you be needed?
4 hours per week, flexible Monday - Friday.
This role is available at RNIB offices in Wrexham, 11 Lord Street, Wrexham, LL11 1LG.
What Skills/Experience Are Needed?
Good Communication Skills; A knowledge of general admin practices; Approachable & empathetic nature; A Pleasant telephone manner; Computer Literate; Attention to detail; Communication and interpersonal skills; Confident telephone manner
