Action for Blind People Children and Family Event Support - Hampshire
This is a unique opportunity to work with children with sight loss (aged 0-13) and their families. You will be assisting with day events. You will be helping with a range of activities including sports, music, visits to attractions and crafts, supporting both the group and individuals as required.
A DBS Enhanced check for regulated activity with adults and children is required.
What Will You Be Doing?
Provide support in running activities; One to one support and guiding; Offer guidance with activities
You will be supporting children on day events; Helping young people achieve their potential; Offer guidance with events.
When will you be needed?
Saturday am and pm
At various locations throughout your local area in Hampshire, depending on where the events or activities are taking place. Volunteers will be asked to make their own way to a venue.
