Action Customer Support Admin - Staffordshire
Are you happy to chat on the telephone? Do you have experience in administration, customer service experience or providing one to one support to people? We need people who can confidently speak to people with sight loss about the help and support that they need from their local Action for Blind People team.
What Will You Be Doing?
You will be speaking to blind and partially sighted people and explaining the different areas of support that Action can offer to them.
Gathering feedback on services.
When will you be needed?
Flexible, during office hours.
