SANE is a leading UK mental health charity. We work to improve quality of life for anyone affected by mental illness.
Our vision: a time when no individual or family has to face the distress or isolation that results from coping with mental illness alone. We believe that everyone should have someone to turn to and the right to live a full life - not just survive.
Volunteers are at the heart of how we do this, delivering help and ongoing support to the people who turn to us for support.
We are currently looking for volunteers to fill a variety of roles based in our offices in Islington.
About you: You’re compassionate, warm, empathetic and resilient. You care about mental health. You can commit to one four-hour shift a week for a year. You're looking for ongoing development and skills you can use in other areas of your life. If that sounds like you then we’d love to hear from you.
We can give employment references for volunteers who stay with us for at least six months.
Find more detailed information about our volunteer roles on our website or register for an Information Evening on Eventbrite.
Join us and help change mental health for good.
