Are you friendly and caring? Could you be the first point of contact for people with sight loss? You will be providing information about local Action for Blind People services and supporting Eye Clinic professionals in a clinic or hospital setting. Eye clinic volunteers must be over 18.

A DBS Enhanced Criminal Record Check will be required.

What Will You Be Doing?
You will be supporting patients in a health setting, offering them information about services that they can access. You will also be liaising with eye clinic staff to support patients at the clinic.
   
When will you be needed?
3 hours per week, flexible, Monday - Friday.

Locations:

Various hospital eye clinics across the West Midlands including:
Heartlands, Birmingham
Children's Hospital Birmingham
Solihull Hospital, Solihull
Sandwell General, West Bromwich
Good Hope, Sutton Coldfield
