Do you have good organisational skills, a friendly telephone manner and passion to support us to deliver and develop services for blind and partially sighted people? We need you to join our admin support team to keep our busy office running smoothly. Hide Section - About the Role

About the Role:

What Will You Be Doing? Assist with a variety of admin tasks; Answering and making telephone calls; Maintain records and computer files; Create documents and input data     What Will You Be Doing - Further Info - Being the first point of contact within the office, helping with projects which may include developing links with local societies and organisations, supporting the staff team.

What Skills/Experience Are Needed? Good Communication Skills; A knowledge of general admin practices; Microsoft Word, Excel and internet; Enthusiastic and friendly; Confident telephone manner
