Action for Blind People Children and Family Event Support - West Midlands
This is a unique opportunity to work with children with sight loss (aged 0-13) and their families. You will be assisting with day events. You will be helping with a range of activities including sports, music, visits to attractions and crafts, supporting both the group and individuals as required.
A DBS Enhanced Criminal Record Check is required.
What Will You Be Doing?
Support children and young people; Provide support in running activities; Offer guidance with activities
You will be supporting children on day events; Helping young people achieve their potential; Offer guidance with events.
When will you be needed?
4 hours per week, flexible.
At various locations throughout your local area, depending on where the events or activities are taking place. Volunteers may be asked to make their own way to a venue.
